Cancellation Policy

To help manage our troop's activities, the Parent Committee agreed on the following policy for cancellations.

The Troop needs to plan for food and other expenses based on the number of scouts and adults that are signed up for campouts.  If a scout cancels from a campout after the sign up deadline, the scout will still be charged the campout fee to cover food and supplies already purchased by the Troop.  Exceptions may be allowed on a case by case basis for medical reasons or other emergencies.
